Inlcline belt conveyors are designed to change the level of the transported product or to load the product into a tank/container or semi-trailer. Belt conveyors of this type can move the product up or down. Depending on the angle of inclination, in this type of conveyors we use belts with top structures (at a small angle of inclination) or with drivers (at a large angle of inclination).
Incline belt conveyors can be built based on:
- PVC, PU belt
- rubber belt
- modular belt
- wire mesh belt
Primacon offers three types of incline belt conveyors:
- inclining straight,
- inclining L,
- inclining Z (swan neck).
The incline conveyor is devoid of any straight sections, the L conveyor has one such section, and the Z conveyor has two such sections. Conveyors of this type can be equipped with hoppers and chutes.
