Roller conveyor lines are commonly used to transport packaged products and complete orders. Roller conveyors are ideal for transporting packaged products and pallets in various types of warehouses and distribution centers. Roller conveyor lines are a great solution for transporting products/packaging with regular shapes, such as crates, boxes, pallets, trays, etc. Transferring the drive from roller to roller allows for the transport of products with much greater weight than in the case of belt conveyors. Our roller conveyor lines are made as standard, based on rollers from fi50 to fi89mm. Rollers with larger diameters for extreme loads - on request.
In order to change the direction of work, Primacon uses product transfer systems designed by us at an angle of 90 degrees or turntables. Depending on the application, roller conveyors can be gravity-fed or powered. The traditional drive used in our transport lines are geared motors. In order to limit the height of the conveyor line, we can also use 24VDC electric rollers, which transmit the drive to the passive rollers using round or polyV belts. As in the case of belt conveyor lines, roller lines can also operate in a step system, moving the transported element by one segment, filling free spaces on the conveyor line.
