Tortilla and pita cooling line
The set of belt conveyors intended for cooling tortillas and pitas consists of a multi-level belt conveyor that passes over the transported product down from one level to another. This solution saved space and allowed us to fit into a small cooling chamber from which the transported pitas and tortillas are passed outside via a rising conveyor to the packaging station located behind the wall.

New building
office and production
In 2021, we started the construction of a new office and production building. Thanks to the new investment, we will be able to expand our production range with even larger conveyors and transport lines. A larger warehouse will allow us to deliver our products in a shorter period of time and individual production stages, from metal processing, through welding, to assembly, commissioning and testing, will be separated from each other. A larger assembly area will enable us to implement several conveyor line projects at the same time.

Headlight packaging line
for transporting and packing headlights with belt transfer
Thanks to the solutions used in a small area and a special design, we have made it possible to feed the boxes to the robot, which packs them in layers using vacuum pressure. The transfer belt conveyor allows you to transfer the filled box to the adjacent roller conveyor and transport it to the receiving station.

Order picking and packing line
The roller conveyor transport line is designed for picking and packing orders. Orders are packed at stations along the line and transferred to roller conveyors. When the packages reach the end, they stop on the sensor, and removing them causes them to move one position forward.

Board line
for transport, collection and serving boards
The board line was put into operation at the end of 2022 and is used to collect, transport and passing over boards with a maximum length of 6 m. Reception takes place on 6 rows of chain conveyors. A pneumatic pusher ensures their proper positioning on the roller conveyors. After reaching the end of the roller conveyor line, a chain pusher feeds the boards onto the belt conveyors. The line is fully automated.

Line for upholstered furniture
In January 2023, PRIMACON put into operation a line for the transport and assembly of individual upholstered furniture elements. A specially designed belt/chain conveyor allows the use of upholstery tackers (staplers) directly on the belt, and its individual elements can be easily replaced depending on wear.

Aerosol recycling line
A set of conveyors for transporting aerosol cans collects used cans poured into the canal. The line is divided into two lines and, depending on production, its task is to transfer cans to a shredder or separator.

Belt conveyors for hoods
Our next new project is a line for transporting hoods. We give to You have 1200 mm wide conveyors at your disposal, which are used to assemble hood elements. A professional photocell system ensures work and safe transport of elements. Assembly takes place on four belt conveyors.

Conveyors for ready meals

Primacon also specializes in the production and assembly of conveyors belt and chain belts intended for food production. In February, we had the pleasure of delivering a line of stainless steel belt conveyors chains for transporting ready meals. The purpose of the conveyor belts was to serve dishes coming out of the welding machine for further packaging processes. Speed difference between belt conveyors allowed us to obtain the distance necessary to ensure proper printing on the packaging. The task of the chain conveyor was to deliver the packed product to the scale.

Another Primacon success. We recommend to our customers a foldable praline conveyor made entirely of stainless steel. The conveyor has a polyurethane belt with a side wave and drivers.

Conveyors for car seat assembly line
Belt conveyor with gray modular belt and blue inserts every 3000 mm, intended for mounting car seats. Adjusting the angle of inclination of both conveyors allows you to change the inclination of the conveyor belt, ensuring greater comfort for people working on the car seat assembly line. Blue tape modules spaced every 3000 mm enable assembly time to be controlled by individual line workers.
